The School of Integrated Plant Science seeks an Agriculture in the Classroom Educator to join the Agricultural Outreach and Education Team at Cornell University. They will assist with statewide programs to expand the reach of New York Agriculture in the Classroom through the facilitation of educator workshops, program implementation, and conference planning. The position will require program and workshop development, clerical work, communication with teachers and program partners, processing registrations, and regular evaluation and reporting.
This position reports to and works closely with the current Agricultural Outreach and Education Staff. This is a term appointment that is eligible for renewal annually based on funding. The current term is from April 15, 2020 to June 30, 2020, and is eligible to be renewed on July 1, 2020 for another year term. This position is full-time, 39 hours per week.
