Major projects accomplished this year

  • The Ag@School Magazine increased subscriptions to include 920 teachers during the 2006-2007 school year, reaching nearly 24,000 students. Credit to our success is due to an active volunteer Board of Directors and the consortium of public and private organizations, agribusinesses and individuals who support and promote building agricultural literacy in tomorrow's citizens. Without their help and support we would be unable to reach the growing number of subscribing teachers.

Major impacts the program had this year

  • Washington State teachers praise the Ag@School magazines as a wonderful teaching tool, a great asset! Students relate their enjoyment in the many different activities, graphs, maps, and learning more about the importance of agriculture.
