Major projects accomplished this year
- New Mexico Ag in the Classroom hosted regional trainings for teachers and pre-service teachers. The program also participated in 17 ag days, water festivals and farm week events, and organized busing of students to a local fair and corn maze.
Major impacts the program had this year
- Increased awareness of agriculture in 10,675 students state-wide.
- Used NMAITC curriculum with 200 teachers.
