Major Program Accomplishments
National Ag Day: 1000+ attended the 3rd Annual SD Ag Day celebration. 35+ exhibitors provided hands-on science activities connecting consumers and agriculture. The event was a collaborative effort of SDSU, SDAITC, Cooperative Extension Service, Washington Pavilion and USDA/NRCS.

Teacher Training: SDAITC participated in the Summer Symposium hosted by the Sioux Falls School District (SD's largest district) SDATIC presented workshops, participated in a forum and exhibited materials.

Continued to implement pre-service training. Currently presenting at 3 of the 7 universities both fall and spring semesters. 250 students participated.

Classroom Presentations: SDAITC, SD Beef Industry Council and Black Hills Stock Show partnered to provide Agriculture In The Black Hills. 35 classrooms with 600+ students grades PreK-6th attended.

Continued our Ag Mag publication sent to 1500 classrooms for a total 28,000 students, 3 times during the school year.

Major Program Impacts
100% of teachers surveyed at Big Sioux Water Festival stated that they implement our Mission Agriclulture Ag Mag in their classroom--either the full issue or select articles.

25% of PreService students submitted reports explaining use of ATIC materials during student teaching.
