2005 Report Background
  • Q1 was modified to include contact numbers face-to-face and combined with another question (formerly Q2).
  • Two questions were added this year, concerning mailing lists (Q13 & Q13a).
  • Some comparisons have been made between 2004 and 2005 data, only if the question remained the same and only between states that reported both years (35 states completed reports in both years).
